Processing of your Personal Data

As mentioned above, we want to provide you with an optimal user experience in our online shop and with our advertisements, which is tailored to your individual needs. To this end, we work together with various service providers and technology providers and use cookies and tracking methods.

The collection of the data is necessary from a technical point of view in order to continuously optimise the functions as well as the presentation of our website on different devices, operating systems and browsers and to be able to make our offer more interesting for you as a user and is therefore based on the legitimate interest.

 

  1. Hosting of our website and shop

We use the hosting services of Shopify, for the purpose of hosting and displaying our website and shop. Shopify does so on the basis of processing on our behalf, and that also means that all data collected on our website and shop is processed on Shopify's servers.The basis for processing is our legitimate interest, and the initiation and/or fulfilment of a contract.

We process and store the Personal Data provided in the contact enquiry solely for the purpose of processing and responding to your enquiry and contacting you. If you contact us, we will process the data you provide to respond to you and answer your questions and requests. In doing so, the principle of data economy and data avoidance is observed in that you only have to provide the data that we absolutely need from you in order to contact you. These are usually your first and last name, your email address, the topic selection and the message field itself. In addition, your IP address is processed out of technical necessity and for legal protection. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest, the provision or initiation of a contractual service and your consent.

 

  1. Shopping with us

We process your first name, last name, e-mail address, billing and shipping address for the delivery of your order and the data related to your contract with us to handle the contractual relationship.

 

  1. User account

It is also possible for you to register for an account. For this purpose, you can choose a password together with your email address, both of which will enable you to log in more easily without having to enter your data again when you make a future purchase or to access your order history. We will hold your data for further orders as long as you have your account with us.

 

  1. Personal Data of Third Parties

Where any Personal Data relates to a third party, you represent and warrant that the Personal Data is up-to-date, complete, and accurate and that you have obtained the third party’s prior consent for our collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Data for the Purposes.

Payment data will solely be processed through your chosen payment service provider and we have no access to any Payment Data you may submit. The legal basis for the provision of a payment system is the establishment and implementation of the contract.

For business reasons, we analyse the data we have on business transactions, contracts, enquiries, browsing behaviour etc. The analyses serve us alone and are not disclosed externally and processed using anonymous analyses with summarised and or anonymized values. Google Ads

We use Google Ads, an online advertising service provided by Google. Google Ads enables us to show advertisements in the Google search engine or on third-party websites when the user enters certain search terms on Google (keyword targeting). Furthermore, targeted advertisements can be shown on the basis of user data available to Google (e.g. location data and interests) (target group targeting). With the help of Google Ads, we can evaluate this data quantitatively, for example, which search terms have led to the display of our advertisements and how many ads have resulted in corresponding clicks. The use of this service is based on your consent.

 

Google Ads Remarketing

We also use the remarketing functions Google Ads. Google Ads Remarketing allows us to assign people who interact with our advertisements and website to specific target groups and to display interest-based advertising to them within the Google advertising network.

 

Further, the advertising target groups created by us using Google Ads Remarketing can be linked to Google's cross-device functions. Google Conversion Tracking

We also use Google Conversion Tracking. With the help of Google conversion tracking, we and Google can recognize whether the user has performed certain actions.
